The PlayStation 4 was the successor to the widely popular PlayStation 3, marking its debut in late 2013 as Sony’s 8th Generation console, primarily competing with Microsoft’s Xbox One and Nintendo’s Wii U and Switch. A Pro model released in 2016, now packing a Boost mode to enable games to run much faster at higher graphical fidelity. It can also play movies, thanks to its built-in Blu-ray player.
Along with the console, the Dualshock 4 controller was introduced, featuring a touchpad for various uses in-game and a share button, allowing users to capture screenshots or take videos of their games to post on social media.

Ratchet and Clank is a retelling of their first adventure, but retold from the perspective of none other than Captain Qwark, doing what he knows best: telling stories and making jokes along the way whilst also making himself look good. Let's hope he does a Qwark-tastic job at keeping us entertained!
